9. Swap Service (FixedFloat)
This section applies only to people who create an order on the swap page (/swap/), offered to Solidus clients. The exchange is performed by FixedFloat (ff.io), an independent third party. When you create an order, we record your IP address, browser (user-agent) and browser language settings, together with the order number and the assets exchanged. Browsing the page or requesting quotes creates no record.
We do this because FixedFloat requires it as a condition of the partnership, and this data may be provided to FixedFloat on request for fraud prevention and legal compliance. Records are kept for 1 year and deleted automatically afterwards. FixedFloat's own processing of your data is governed by its privacy policy.
